A home should reflect your personality as well as serve its' purpose. At HLS Design, we understand this and we also appreciate, creating your dream home can be a daunting and time consuming task when faced with it alone. Because of this, we offer a range of services to help you make your house a home whether you just need a bit of help visualising, or you need a full design and project management service we are here to help your vision become reality.

Every house is different so we are able to tailor our services to meet your requirements. Below are some examples of the service we proudly offer.

CONSULATIONS

Colour Pallet £15 per pallet - send us a photo (unfiltered) and we will use this to create a unique colour pallet just for you.

Phone/ Virtual Consultations £25 per hour

Onsite Consultation £35 per hour

Colour Consulation £45 per hour - includes a free initial phone call to obtain your brief and up to 4 colour swatches

PAINTING & DECORATING

We offer a painting and decorating service with FREE design advice included from our award winning designer.

A quotation will be provided following your initial site visit.

INTERIOR DESIGN PACKAGES

Every home is different and as a result, we tailor a package uniquie for your project. To give you an idea, we generally charge 10% of the project value as a servie fee. Some examples are below.
 
BASIC PACKAGE £100 - £500
Generally tailored for 1 room or smaller projects up to approximately £5,000 and may include the following
  • An initial consultation over the phone to discuss your brief
  • Furniture plan
  • Concept board
  • Shopping list to purchase items yourself
  • Online or phone design consultations to keep prices down (you may be asked to provide our designer with your own measurements or an architects plan)
  • Digital documents to complete your project
DESIGN ONLY PACKAGE £600 - £1,900
Suitable for a project budget between £6,000 and £19,000 and may include the following
  • An initial consulation in person to discuss your brief
  • Your room (or rooms) will be measure by our designer
  • A detailed furniture plan including lights, electrics, plumbing etc
  • Sketches of your design concept
  • Shopping list to purchase items yourself
  • Detailed tender documents so you can obtain quotes
DESIGN, SUPPLY AND INSTALL £2,000+
Suitable for project budgets over £20,000
  • All of the above with
  • Project management of trades
  • Purchasing on your behalf
Please be aware that these are guide prices only and a bespoke package will be created for you following your initial consulatation
 

INTERIOR STYLING

As well as interior design, we also offer interior styling services including
  • Styling of show homes and 
  • Wedding styling
  • Event styling
  • Photoshoot styling
